Coming events/ Activities
1. Spaghetti Supper – Today, May 4th starting at 5 pm
Spaghetti (regular, gluten-free), roll, dessert, tea/coffee/juice
Vegetarian sauce will be available.
Cost: $15 adults $35 family (children 10 -16 yrs old)
Children under 10 yrs free
2. Rummage and Bake Sale
Fri. May 23rd 5 – 7 pm and Saturday, and May 24th 9 am – Noon
When doing your spring cleaning, please keep those special treasures for us. We will be collecting items the week before the sale, additional information will be available closer to the date and pickup of items can be arranged.
Baking will also be needed.
Linda and Carl Matchim will be coordinating this year’s sale for a final time. They are looking for someone to work along side of them this year to “learn the ropes”. Please contact them at 613-966-6790 if you would like further information.
Volunteers will be needed to work the sale and a sign-up sheet will be posted in the parish hall closer to the date.

Reminder:When preparing for the Rummage Sale please save and donate any jewelry items to the Christmas Market. Please give jewelry items to Joanna Hoekstra before the Market in order that sorting and pricing is complete before the sale. Thank you.
3. National Awareness Day for Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls – Monday, May 5, 2025
A walk through downtown Belleville followed by a candlelight vigil. Starts at 6 pm – 9 pm

4. NAME TAGS – It has been requested that we wear our name tags on Sundays as there are many new parishioners joining us and it would be easier for folks to get to know us if they know our names. If you do not have a name tag please contact Bonnie Dobson
5.Guided Drawing Class / 5 Thursdays in May
At St. Thomas each Thursday evening in May (1,8,15,22,29) from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Carolyn Sevigny is offering the class for adults interested in developing or furthering their drawing skills. Sign up sheets are on the bulletin board. Suggested donation to St. Thomas for each class is $10.
IMPORTANT: Materials will not be provided. Paper and pencil are the basic materials you will need; however, there is a materials list that is posted with some suggestions of other materials you may want to try as well.
