Children, Youth and Family

St. Thomas’ Anglican Church offers a Christian Education program for children and youth that takes place during our regular 10:30am Sunday Worship.
Children , ages 5-11, begin their program  with their families in the Church. The children gather together at the front of the church for Children’s time  with Fr. Brad, which is a brief informal discussion with the children which takes place after the opening. They then adjourn to the McConnell room (located upstairs in the Parish centre). Children will return to parents following the Lords prayer for communion.
A Nursery is available for our youngest members (less than five years old).  It is staffed by a group of welcoming volunteers.
Children occasionally remain in the Church for Inter-generational services or special occasions.
Join us for a vibrant and interactive program based on the lectionary from Roots. At St. Thomas, we believe in nurturing the spiritual growth of our youth.
