Coming events/ Activities
1. PWRDF – Thank you to everyone who supported the event after the last Sunday’s service to help raise money to buy a water carrying donkey for a village in Kenya. A special thank you to the organizers who provided the delicious scones and refreshment. Everyone enjoyed the event.
2. Irish Stew Supper – Tonight, Sunday, March 17 at 5 pm with root veggies, roasted potatoes and soda bread! Dessert, coffee and tea. Vegan option available Suggested donation $20/plate. Kids under 12 eat free.
3. Making Palm Crosses
When? Friday, Mar. 22 at 1pm
Where? At St. Thomas’ Parish Hall
Come and join us in making Palm Crosses for our Palm Sunday service!
4. Rummage and Bake Sale
Fri. April 19th 5 – 7 pm and Saturday April 20 th 9 am-noon.
Please keep those special treasures for us. We will be collecting items the week before the sale, additional information will be available closer to the date and pickup of items can be arranged.
Volunteer schedule will be posted closer to date of the sale.

5. Announcement for Christmas Market Items:
“In light of the upcoming rummage sale the Christmas Market planners would like to make the following request. Items donated for the Christmas Market should be new, unused and/or homemade (exception – jewelry). Items that have been purged from households should be donated to the rummage sale in April.

7. ARTWORK
The embroidery pieces hanging in the hall were created by Linda Grimson and the three paintings close by were painted by Joan Turner, a former member of St. Thomas’.
